Sean Cliver and Nike SB Reunite for New Holiday 2020 Dunk Low Collaboration

Graphic artist and Strangelove Skateboards head Sean Cliver has linked up with Nike SB for a new holiday-themed SB Dunk Low collaboration.

One of the most highly-regarded artists in the world of skateboarding, Cliver has worked with everyone from Supreme to Baker and more. He also has a rich history with Nike‘s skate subdivision, crafting the memorable SB Dunk High “Krampus” in 2012 and the Strangelove SB Dunk Low earlier this year.

For his third go-around with the SB Dunk, Cliver has opted to use a festive mixture of materials both matte and metallic. White tumbled leather appears on quarters and toeboxes, with shaggy gray suede mudguards and eyestays plus heel counters/tabs providing contrast.

The aforementioned metallic accents are present on the gold Swooshes and silver heel pieces. Gray and gold branding appears on tongues and heels, respectively, and gray laces take on a satin-like finish to match the plush gray velvet sockliner — a material carryover from Strangelove’s SB Dunk.

Insoles are split between two graphics: the right foot features elves assembling gifts and the left takes on a simple snowy print. White midsoles with gold stitching and ice blue outsoles loaded with metallic gold flecks round off the look.
