To participate in UBIQ’s Raffle, you must enter your current information in all required fields: Valid Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Birthday, City, State, Zip, Shoe Size, and Instagram Handle.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per valid email.
After submitting, you will receive an email requiring you to confirm your entry – you MUST click the confirmation button in this email to validate your entry. Failure to do so will drop your name from consideration.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Only winners with a UBIQlife.com account are eligible to win.
Winners will be notified through email on Thursday, May 28. Winners can expect a follow-up email with online purchase instructions and details.
Winners have 12 hours from when the email is sent to purchase their pairs online at the unique link provided to them. It is the winner’s responsibility to check their email and complete their online purchase within this time frame.
Winners’ registration information must match their shipping information.
