With the amount of colorways they’ve revealed in July alone, it’s pretty clear at this rate that the Jumpman family is doing everything possible to get us to pay attention to their beloved Air Jordan 1. Through Quai 54 Lows, Tokyo-inspired renditions, and Oakland A’s-inspired Mids, Jordan Brand has made a strong statement through the silhouette this year, and it doesn’t look like its momentum will cease anytime soon.
Of its family, the current highlight of the month has certainly been the Jordan 1 Mid, and following the official unveiling of its forthcoming “Crimson Tint” colorway for adult and kid’s sizes, the silhouette is bringing word of another. Right away the overlays stand out amongst all its features as they have been wrapped with a metallic gold coating. Underneath, its smooth leathers are done up in a clean white, while its ankle collars, branded hits, and shoe strings all complement through stark black to complete a theme reminiscent of Mighty Morphin’s White Ranger. Check out a closer look here, and find these dropping likely on Nike.com and through select retailers in the coming weeks for $125.
