Jaden Smith’s New Balance Vision Racer Is Arriving In “Sunflower Yellow”

Since rapping that he was “just an icon living” in 2017, Jaden Smith has added several pages to his resume. Perusing them, you’d find “New Balance collaboration,” as the 22-year-old debuted the Vision Racer silhouette with the Boston-based brand back in July.

As with the chunky model’s inaugural iteration, a forthcoming colorway favors a rather tonal arrangement, only this time in “Sunflower Yellow.” Suede and mesh throughout the upper indulge in the vibrant hue, but are interrupted by greyscale accents across the midfoot; additionally, black branding all-over the pair further contrast the upper. The ostensibly disconnected sole unit follows suit in the pair’s titular eye-catching tone, but the visible cushioning opts for a white makeup. Crimson-like “((VISION))” text – visible through clear tread – rounds out Smith’s latest proposition.
