Kanye West‘s master plans for the adidas Yeezy line’s slate of holiday releases are beginning to be revealed, and the latest pair to pop up is a bold new take on the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 dubbed the “Yecheil.” These curiously-monikered Yeezy shoes are a striking departure from previously-used palettes, as they do away with the line’s normal earth-based hues in favor of a three-color mix. A simple black Primeknit serves as the base, but it’s then accented with substantial quantities of white thread, applied everywhere except the side stripe. There’s also a dashing dose of bright red present on the throat, tongue, and medial side. Down below, a smoky black midsole with white Boost cushioning completes the look. A welcome and colorful change of pace for the most popular Yeezy sneaker, these Yecheil Yeezys are tentatively scheduled for a December 15th release date, and will retail for $220 USD.
